ABOUT

I’ve been a builder for about 2 decades now. For the past 8 years, I’ve been building Ridecell, Inc – the best Digital Transformation Technology Platform for the world’s largest fleets. As its Chief Business Officer, I lead the Finance, Strategy & Business Ops, and People teams and the company’s international subsidiaries in Europe, and South East Asia.

I’ve previously had successful stints at the Mahindra Group & Oracle where I honed my expertise in Strategy & Execution, Enterprise Software, Automotive, & Agriculture domains.

A software engineer and MBA by training, I’m deeply a curious practitioner of the disciplines of Systems thinking, Strategy & Execution, Coaching, and Story Telling. You can read all my essays here.

I now live in the Bay Area with my wife & 2 daughters – 9 years and 3 years. When I’m not spending time with them or building Ridecell, I moonlight as a Musician, Writer, and Coach.

FUN FACTS

  • I’ve been playing the Bansuri (Bamboo Flute) for more than a decade and I also play the the Saxophone, and the Tabla (Percussion instrument). You can find snippets of my music on Instagram.
  • Was National Champion at India’s best Automotive Quiz Auto-Quotient in 2011
  • Taught Math & English to undergrad students since the mid-2000s and credit quite a bit of my success in business to that experience
  • My kids are amazing life coaches, who unintentionally, teach me invaluable life & business lessons
